What do we do with your information?
We collect information to improve user experience, such as country and language, session duration, number of page views, what product categories are browsed in the store, and more. Additionally, we may use the information to customize your experience on our website and for marketing purposes, such as remarketing to you via email newsletters or social media.
We will not collect, use or disclose your information without your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time. We may still collect and use personal information to the extent permitted under the law if it is reasonable to assume you would have given us your consent if asked or had a reasonable expectation that we could collect, use or disclose it.
We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, or if you violate The Covenant’s Terms of Service.
If you choose to enter your credit card information directly through our website’s checkout process, we encrypt that information using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. We use this technology to protect your personal information during transactions. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
To facilitate your order, we use third-party services to process payments and credit card transactions. These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any purpose other than to process transactions made on our site or other sites you visit. We also use services to help us manage our email communications with you and to deliver targeted advertising messages if provided by you.
Some services we offer may be provided by third parties, such as merchants where we provide the payment gateway. When you use these services, you may be required to provide personal information directly to the third-party provider. This applies irrespective of whether the third party is located in a different jurisdiction to you or us and irrespective of whether they are a merchant or an independent service provider acting on our behalf.
Third-party links on our site may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
Our commitment to data security includes administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including internal reviews of our data collection and processing practices along with other security measures. We periodically evaluate our safeguards in order to ensure the integrity and security of our personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server for all transactions and use industry-standards encryption technologies. Any information transmitted to our site, including credit card numbers, is protected with up to 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) or higher encryption technology.
